Hey there. I inherited an ASP.NET 4.0 project on an ancient web host, and the site hasn't updated their servers or has any interest in running .NET hosting anymore. Unfortunately Paypal won't talk to our site any longer because of the outdated SSL libraries.

So... I need to move the site to a new host. It's not a huge site, and definitely will never need the scaling that Azure offers. I'm just looking for a nice affordable shared (something in the $5-20 range per month) ASP.NET 4.7 host that's dependable and won't treat ASP.NET as a second-class citizen like our current host. I haven't really kept up with the hosting options these days, and it seems like everyone keeps recommending Azure, but I really think Azure is super overkill for what I need.

Any suggestions? Thank you so much!

Edit: I cannot devote the time, presently, to make it run on ASP.NET Core. Core hosting may be in the cards in the future, but right now, it's out of the question for the timeframe I need to move hosts.
