I'm having issues running an API i'm trying to build in visual studio 2017 on IIS Express. This is the tutorial i'm using https://app.pluralsight.com/library/courses/asp-dotnet-core-api-building-first/table-of-contents , it is my first API build so i'm a bit new to how these projects run. This is the error i'm getting -

I've searched google for ERR_SPDY_INADEQUATE_TRANSPORT_SECURITY but have had no luck with any of the solutions on stackoverflow or microsoft forums. Any help is appreciated, thanks!
