I've been working with .NET (more specifically ASP.NET Core) for about three years now, and still feel like there's so much to learn!

If you were to interview someone with three years of experience for a .NET role, what would you expect them to know?

I'm using this as a launching pad for ideas on areas I can focus my learning, and fill in any potential knowledge gaps. Thanks in advance for your help!
