Should I Iinstall Roslyn (nuget: Microsoft.CodeDom.Providers.DotNetCompilerPlatform) on an ASP.NET MVC 5 Project?
I installed Microsoft.CodeDom.Providers.DotNetCompilerPlatform on the testing environment in order to be able to use C# 6+ features on our MVC 5 project, but I noticed it contains about 20 dlls.
Some articles say it speed up compilation time but I hadn't noticed anything like that.
We might use some of it's other features later, but right now, we just thought it would be good to have C# 6+ features in the views.
Are we sacrificing too much for too little?
