I'm thinking about writing datascience (and just math/stats) libraries in c# following some principles of python pandas dataframes but with a more linq overtone

I haven't had a look into this but would like feedback from the community. Is this a good idea? Is there already something out there you know of?

If you have any experience with f# I've heard good things and would like to hear your thoughts on that too.
