There are many different methods for handling different languages and cultures on an web page. Among those have a subdomain dedicated to the language like https://en.mysite.com, using a route to specify it like https://mysite.com/en or leaving it out of the URL and having the option be stored in a cookie and default to some language. There are probably many more methods. Which method do you prefer and have the best experience with?
