I've been spending several hours trying to figure out why I can't get Ocelot to work with a simple starter project.

It is a simple project where I've multiple solutions. One of them is a User service (right now this has only one endpoint that responds OK 200 with content Test). The next one is my Api gateway where I'm using Ocelot to reroute to the User service.

I've tried by using DownstreamHostAndPorts and by using ServiceName (with Consul) but I just keep getting Not found 404 when I go through the Api gateway. The User service is running fine and when I call the endpoint I get OK 200 with content Test. There seems to be some sort of problem with my Api service.

I'm running with .NET Core 2.2 and Ocelot 13.5.0
