Currently my team is using TFS 2013; I'm working in a few projects, and I'd like to package them as nuget packages for internal usage. I can build a build pipeline into TFS, but I tried to research in internet if TFS 2013 allows Nuget package hosting (We're not planning to acquire Azure devops services right now), but I didn't find anything relevant. So, does TFS 2013 supports Nuget package hosting? And in case it does, where I can find any relevant documentation about it?

By the way, just for curiosity... is it possible host Nuget packages in an owned server (like in a SFTP server)? So I'd list this path into my Nuget package sources within Visual Studio.
