Let's say, for specific reasons, you wanted to go pure ado.net in .net core, and you wanted to avoid Entity Framework and dapper ... what are your security options? I've seen posts saying that you can use Identity without Entity Framework, but it really seems to have been built directly with Entity Framework in mind.
