Hi, I have a WebApi in Azure sending emails every hour and "on demand" using an outlook account. The problem is Outlook is blocking the account because he think is Spam and is not Spam.

The error is:

5.3.4 554 5.2.0 STOREDRV.Submission.Exception:OutboundSpamException; Failed to process message due to a permanent exception with message WASCL UserAction verdict is not None. Actual verdict is HipNotify, ShowTierUpgrade. OutboundSpamException: WASCL UserAction v. Please check the message and try again.

Is there any option to prevent this? Any setting in Outlook, any setting in Azure.. Other email account more "flexible"?
