I’m 20, I’ve been suffering with these thoughts for about 5/6 years. I get groinal responses when I have intrusive sexual thoughts of children. And when I have seen naked children. I have never sexual abused a child and I never want to. I’m just so confused because I don’t know if I am because I don’t like or want these thoughts or feelings. I feel so shit. I thought it was POCD but now I’m not so sure. Can I ask your for your help please?
