I just feel so irritated all the time that I want to kill myself to make it stop
I almost constantly feel this mental irritation which comes along with discomfort in my chest, similar to what you feel when you're really angered, just before you're about to loose your mind and snap. Only instead of feeling it for an instant it will hang around for hours or days on end.
It is such a terrible feeling that I often wish I could swap it for torturous physical pain instead of torturous mental pain, and many times I've inflicted on myself intense pain just so it would override this feeling.
I cant live life like this. What can I do to make it less bad?
