I’m 23 and I have chronic fatigue syndrome - how do I cope with working full time and enjoying my free time?

I have just been diagnosed with chronic fatigue, which basically means I feel unwell all the time. My muscles ache, I always want to sleep and I just feel quite run down most of the time. I also started a new job a month ago and am enjoying it but struggling with the length of the days and doing five days a week. Then when I get home I tend to feel a bit miserable that I don’t feel like I can do anything other than rest, so I feel a bit stuck in life. Does anyone have any tips for motivation? I’m 23 and feel like I should be having the time of my life but I just feel like I’m going through the motions and life feels mundane. I forgot to mention I do have depression/anxiety alongside this which does go up and down so it just feels super complex and I don’t understand what I need to do or why I feel the way I feel sometimes. I don’t really have any hobbies or passions but even if I did I don’t think I would have the energy to pursue them. Just wish I could keep up with everyone else my age!! Any tips would be greatly appreciated. :)
