Is there a way to create a custom start page or readme for each visual studio solution that appears whenever a particular solution is opened?

If I have a solution that I want a help page or readme to appear whenever the solution opens is this possible?

Think of how every github repo displays a readme. It would be nice to have similar functionality for visual studio solutions. Like how to get started. Who to contact for help, and so on.
