Relaxed Body Response
Hello all, I'm a clinical mental health and art therapy grad student currently in holistic psychotherapy and it was recommended I try relaxed body response to get rid of my eczema. I have tried meditation (trust me, look at my freaking grad program.) with no success. Outdoors aren't an option at the moment and I already exercise and lift. Any ideas on how to achieve this or any ideas outside of deep breathing? I was told this is different from self care so I'm curious to hear any answers. Thanks guys.
