How do I go about weening myself off anti-depressants?
My (old) therapist always said if you feel like you don't need your meds anymore, don't just stop taking them.
I don't have a therapist or psychologist right now, and I don't know if I could afford one. But I haven't been feeling depressed or anxious for a little while (thank goodness). I'm nervous that this might be part of the rollercoaster but I would like to try to stop taking meds so it's one less cost for me. What do you think?
