Hi, I am not depressed in any kind of way but today I found something out that makes me paranoid af. I found out that some people in my school know about an embarrassing video of mine. Knowing that changed completely how I feel about them. I thought nobody would know about it and I felt normal as always. I never got picked on for it and there was no sign of them knowing it exists. But knowing that they know it and think about it when they see me, talk to me... it fucks with my mind and I‘m probly have trouble sleeping tonight. Pls help me cope with that :⁾
