Just wanted peoples thoughts.

I wanted to ask some advice about someone I know.  I know that its not my job to treat her and it should be left to proffesionals but her situation at the moment is difficult. Im going to go into detail a little about what i know so people reading can get a better idea. trigger warnings ahead

She is diagnosed with Borderline personality disorder, eating disorder not otherwise specified, body dismorphic disorder, and PTSD.

Shes had an eating disorder since she was a child and was diagnosed at 11. At 15 she was raped by her then partner which was how she lost her virginity, she stayed in that relationship put of fear for a year or so after that where she was physically and mentally abused. Her next relationship after that was also abusive in a similar way. On another note her family keeps contact with her rapist and still refuses to believe her. And her ex partner who was abusive still threatens and messages her regularly with abuse, the police found no evidence to support that though.

Shes been hospitalised twice in the last 2 years and is under a strict care plan currently, although i do not know the details, i know that her medication and treatment are mandatory and controlled by a care team of sorts (not sure the actual title) were from the UK if that helps.

What I wanted to ask advose about what to see what i should do. And to maybe see if there werw any options she could have right now. Her care team are looking to section her again which terrifies her. And from experience the last time she was sectioned made her far worse than she was previously. She is deliberately lying to her therapists about how she feels because she is scared of what they'll do and has little faith in them. I was wondering if anyone knew a way thay she could request a new support team or perhaps a different treatment option to sectioning. Or see about changing thw treatment she is getting as she currently has little control over is, having to go to mandotory appointments a few times a week as well as group therapy.

On another note. I just need some opinions on the best way to support her.  She distrusts most people in the medical field which makes things hard. I know that i can only do so much but i just want to make sure im being supportive and not enabling her or making her worse woth things like treatment or her weight  etc.
