One-on-Ones for Anxiety & Depression

I hope it alright to put this here.
For the majority of my life I've had both depression and anxiety. I've been so anxious that I didn't even figure it out until later in my life! I just assumed that 'anxiety' was what it felt like to be alive! And so I would alternate between spikes in anxiety and just deep, molasses-like pits of depression where nothing made sense, there was no hope, and I was the 'asshole of the Universe'.
I'm saying this because I actually was able to heal myself out of both anxiety and depression!
I did this with the help of A LOT of teachers, workers and guides.
What really made the difference was understanding how depression and anxiety both operate. How to recognize it for what it is, how to recognize when it takes over my mind, how to recognize when I'm giving it power and how to keep that power for myself instead.
A big hint is that we often think that we're depressed or anxious BECAUSE of something or someone. We have reasons for our emotional heaviness, but it always turns out that the heaviness is the reason, not the external circumstances.
So what I want to do is see if I can help you with yours. I'm offering to host live one-on-one sessions (Skype) for a little while to use what I learned to see if we can help you out of your own emotional difficulties.
I know it can be a little nerve-wracking to meet a stranger live and start opening up to them, but I promise I'm a chill dude, my intentions are pure, and I have no agenda besides this. I don't have any formal qualifications to speak of, just what's worked for me might work for you. It's worth a try anyway. If anything, I can just listen to you while you vent :).
