Does anyone know of any websocket libraries that are actively maintained? (and support dotnet core 2?)

Also, the library I'm writing is in F#, so if a websocket library is natively in F#, that'd be even better! :-D

(I've searched nuget... but haven't had much success. (is there another site that is better than nuget?))
