That's the configuration of my 11.6 inch laptop. My primary objective is to learn and practice C# and ASP.NET, so I didn't go for a Surface Pro or something. In any case, most were outside of my budget (looks like laptops are very costly these days, lol).

Coming to topic, is my configuration enough to run VS2017 community edition for practicing C# (WinForms/WPF) and ASP.NET apps? If not, will one of the older/ligher versions (like Visual C# Express 2010) work?
