I have tried downloading and installing this program many times since yesterday.

I get nothing.

The program stops downloading after 4MB, sometimes 100MB.

But ultimately it just stops.

As a beginner trying to get started learning .NET this step is extremely frustrating. Can anyone help me get past this process? Any assistance would be very much appreciated.
