I have an interview on Thursday as a front-end dev where they use Razor but it's been 4+ years since I worked on the Microsoft platform. I learn best by reading rather than watching videos, and have been searching either Amazon for kindle books or Google for extensive online tutorials to no avail, especially the latter, where the tutorials pretty much just show you how to stand up one elementary page.

Bear in mind I can almost guarantee this shop won't be on ASP.NET Core. There are a few 4-star books on ASP.NET MVC 5 on Amazon, but if anybody could tell me which ones would be best in terms of content regarding Razor. Or recommendations as to more extensive online tutorials on Razor than I can find.

Or I'm even open to videos, as long as they provide a link to a github account for instance where I can download code. Thanks in advance.

EDIT: The following is better than most of the stuff I'm finding: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/aspnet/web-pages/overview/getting-started/introducing-razor-syntax-c but for instance there is no material on ViewBag or ViewSet. Last time I worked on the Microsoft platform I was a full stack developer, so I am used to working with Models, Views and Controllers, and am seeking something more holistic than just Razor in a vacuum.
