Sorry for the rant I'm just upset. I went to see my psychiatrist today, as you do. And we got to talking about how I'd been feeling with the new medication and all that good stuff. I told her I recently tried to take a whole bunch of pills and she said she's concerned for my safety. I know I'm a horrible person and I probably should go because it'll help but it's scary. Now because I didn't go she said that police will show up at my house to check on me and make sure I'm safe. I'm so frustrated and tired and I feel horrible. I hope you are all doing well and taking care of yourselves.
