Sorry if this is the wrong place to post this, I'm just fucking exhausted after a stressful day at work and have been searching for a local therapist for 2wks with Saturday availability with no luck and I'm like fuck it, maybe reddit can help.

I just moved to NJ for a new job and it's stressing me the fuck out, and I need to find a regular therapist anyways for my issues (I also see a psychiatrist but do not need to find a new one). My insurance is Cigna, I deal w a lot of anxiety and stress and other shit. Does anyone have any reccs for a good local therapist that takes Cigna? Thank you!!
